Any movies with good scenery of new york?

I'm sure there are allot of movies but don't know there names or anything about them. The reason is because I'd like to see a little bit of what New york looks like. Thanks.

  1. Oh my! So many movies! There are just too many to mention! I'll just recommend that you go see just about any Woody Allen movie. Most of them have great NYC scenery, but especially these Woody Allen movies: Annie Hall Manhattan Hannah and her Sisters All three are also GREAT movies about NYC! You should see them just because they are wonderful, but they also have fabulous photography of NYC, even if it's from the 1970s and 1980s. They are also movies that really speak to a romantic view of NYC life!
  2. The Legend, Maid in Manhattan, Gangs of New York Few Indian Movies as well Kabhi Alvida Na Kehana Kal Ho Na Ho
  3. Great movies; "You've Got Mail" Stuart Little movies Eloise at Plaza Hotel (not animation one) Taking of Pelham 1-2-3 The Cowboy Ways Die Hard with Vegenance Honeymoooners (color one) Money Train The Interpreter Tale from Bronx (I forgot that title but I remember there was driver's son who drives old Bx12 bus) Rumble in Bronx (Where Jackie Chan appears)
  4. Here are a few of the classics - Midnight Cowboy - The scene where 'Ratso Rizzo' almost gets hit by a cab in the intersection is real, Dustin Hoffman was so into character, that he went off on the Cab driver as 'Ratso' would! It was so good they left the scene in. The French Connection - During the car chase under the elevated train there is an accident as a car smashes into the side of 'Popeye Doyle's car. This is real also. The guy was pissed having to wait and drove into the scene. Yep! He's in the Movie. By the way this is a true story The Detective who was Doyle, broke this case. A Bronx Tale. Was not shot in the Bronx, it was filmed in the streets of Astoria. The gangsters club was the location of the old Coffees bar (Now called The Quays - pronounced Keys). The spot where the Italian kid meets that cute black girl is in front of Bryant High School. Saturday Night Fever - A Brooklyn centric film that captures the Era of Disco and Brooklyn at that time perfectly. I was in my Teens when I danced at that club. However the 'Disco Lit' floor was put in for the movie. Miracle on 34th St - I know, it's not really about NYC (more about Santa), but I love that film. A book can be written about NYC films. Yes! There are that many,

Stuart Little Miracle on 34th Street Big 12 Angry Men Escape from New York Splash Scent of a Woman Beat Street Coming to America Fame Fools Rush In The Fugitive The Out-of-Towners Money Train Die Hard with a Vengeance King Kong Fantastic Four I'm sure that there are plenty more, but right now this is all I could come up with.
